Welcome to the Budapest Walking Tour that will take you on a journey of the city's cultural and historical landmarks. The tour begins at the Széchenyi Baths and Pool, one of Europe's largest thermal baths. From here, we will make our way towards the Vajdahunyad Castle, a stunning replica of various historical buildings across Hungary.

Next on the list is the Heroes' Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site that commemorates the heroes of Hungarian history. We will also visit the Fiumei Road Cemetery, the final resting place of some of Hungary's most prominent figures, including Lajos Kossuth, a key figure in the 1848 Revolution.

Continuing on our tour, we will head to St. Stephen's Basilica, a magnificent neoclassical church named after Hungary's first king. We will then pass by the Hungarian Parliament Building, a stunning example of neo-gothic architecture and home to the country's government.

Our tour will also take us to Shoes on the Danube Bank, a moving memorial that pays tribute to the thousands of Jews who were executed and thrown into the Danube River during World War II. From here, we will cross the Széchenyi Lánchíd, also known as the Chain Bridge, one of Budapest's most iconic landmarks.

Next, we will visit the Matthias Church, a beautiful 14th-century church located in the heart of Buda's Castle District. We will end our tour at Gellert Hill, where we can enjoy breathtaking views of Budapest from the Citadella, a fortress that played a pivotal role in Hungary's history.
